Party at your home or venue:

Starts at $176 for the first 8 guests ($22 per additional guest). Guest count must include birthday child.

Party Includes:

  • standard party decor
  • choice of art/craft activity (upgrade available)
  • group keepsake project for the guest of honor to take home

*Must provide your own cupcakes / food etc

Choose a Standard or Premium Creative Activity:

Choose your art/creative activity and we will customize a guided project that guests will complete at your party. (Choose from one drop-down category ONLY.)

Highly recommended for child birthday parties. Includes a sentimental gift with contributions by each guest, and presented to the birthday person or guest of honor as a memento of the special occasion. Beaded bracelet is our most popular choice!

7th or 50th Birthday, kid’s playdate, graduation, bachelorette, other milestone, just for fun, holiday, etc.

If hosting outside your home, please be sure that you have permission to bring in an outside event service. You may need to provide us with contact info for the venue manager / event coordinator so that we can confirm any special instructions for arrival or setup.

No additional charge to the following NH towns: Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Merrimack, Milford, Nashua; OR to Pepperell, MA

Please use Google Maps to calculate actual driving distance (greater than 8 miles from zip code 03031). At this time, the maximum travel distance we can accommodate is = 25 miles (NH and MA).

Please add to your total any mandatory parking costs that we will incur on the property.

Description

Have your party a from a menu of craft/art projects suitable for all ages. Perfect for ages 5-95.

Standard OFF-SITE Party includes:

  • 1 party host (and 1 or more assistants, if needed — based on guest count)
  • 1 art/craft or design project for each guest to create at your location and take home 
  • 1 group artwork keepsake for the guest of honor to keep
  • Free printable invitation template (upon request)

Very Important Information:

By booking and purchasing your party via ParkwayArt.com, you acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

  • Materials offered may vary and will be based on availability.
  • Space (at your home or venue) must be free and clear of any obstructions (furniture, clutter, fragile items, etc.) upon party host’s arrival, and must meet minimum dimensions to comfortably accommodate the number of guests plus table/chairs/supplies.
  • Please be sure to indicate any limitations with regard to allergies, sensory issues, venue requirements, cultural customs etc, which may impact standard party operations, arrival or departure.
  • Full balance is due upon reservation, with any additionally incurred charges payable on the day of event.
  • If applicable, $75 or 25% of your deposit (whichever is greater) is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 4 business days prior to a booked event. If cancellation is initiated online, please allow 3-5 business days for any refund due to be processed.
  • Please contact us if you have any questions prior to or after purchase, or if you need to make changes to a reservation.
  • Waters are always permitted for drinking during celebration/project time. No cups/drinks without lids. Coffee/tea will be available for parents/adults as an add-on, though guests may bring in their own individual covered beverages.
  • Parkway Art expects all guests to adhere to safety measures and activity instructions. Some activities may require or suggest the use of sharp tools or equipment, which may or may not be provided. Customer/guests assume ALL risk associated with use of any and all materials, tools, and/or equipment and will be responsible for any injury incurred to themselves or their child caused by either correct/intended use or misuse of said items. 
  • Liability release will be required on file for all guests and must be signed by a parent/guardian/representative for minors.
